MisherTech maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that undermines the integrity or dignity of our team, clients, or community. All employees, contributors, partners, and vendors are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves professionally, both online and offline

  • Communicate with respect, empathy, and clarity

  • Comply with all federal, state, and international laws, including data protection laws

  • Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client, employee, and company data

  • Immediately report any conflict of interest, abuse, or security breach

  • Uphold MisherTech’s reputation in both public and private engagements


🔹 5. Consulting Policy

MisherTech offers high-value consulting services across a range of industries and technologies. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Software architecture and development (frontend/backend/full-stack)

  • Cloud strategy, DevOps, and infrastructure automation

  • AI/ML model development, deployment, and explainability

  • Blockchain applications and decentralized platform design

  • API development, integration, and scaling

  • UX/UI audits and experience-driven design

  • Security consulting, audits, and compliance alignment

Engagement Terms:

  • All projects begin with a discovery phase or scoping session.

  • We provide tailored proposals and timelines based on client needs.

  • Not all projects will be accepted. We reserve the right to decline work that conflicts with our mission, ethics, or internal capacity.

  • Ongoing clients receive priority scheduling and support.


🔹 6. Open Source Contribution Policy

MisherTech maintains and supports public software projects such as PictureThisInk, designed to foster collaboration, accessibility, and innovation.

Community members and contributors must:

  • Respect licenses and intellectual property rights

  • Disclose conflicts of interest if contributing as a representative of another firm

  • Follow our contributor guidelines and code of conduct

  • Avoid submitting malicious, discriminatory, or AI-generated code without clear annotation

  • Submit pull requests with clear documentation and testing (when applicable)

Internal staff may contribute during working hours, as long as the work does not conflict with active client deliverables or contracts.


🔹 7. Data Privacy & Security Policy

MisherTech adheres to global data privacy standards including GDPR, HIPAA (as applicable), and CCPA.

Security Protocols Include:

  • Encrypted data at rest and in transit

  • MFA (multi-factor authentication) for all internal systems

  • Limited access based on roles and least privilege

  • Periodic penetration testing and system audits

  • Continuous training for team members on security best practices

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data under any circumstances.


🔹 8. Intellectual Property (IP) Policy

Unless otherwise specified in a client agreement:

  • MisherTech retains full rights to all internal tools, libraries, frameworks, and reusable components

  • Clients retain rights to source code and deliverables created specifically for their engagement

  • Open-source tools and third-party integrations used in a project will be documented and attributed

  • Any joint IP ownership must be documented through a separate legal agreement

Clients may not reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label MisherTech-owned systems without express permission.

  • MisherTech’s services are delivered on a best-effort basis within the scope defined in each engagement.

  • All timelines, deliverables, and estimates are subject to modification if scope changes.

  • MisherTech is not responsible for third-party service outages, platform limitations, or the actions of unaffiliated contributors.

  • Once deliverables are accepted and transferred, MisherTech is not liable for misuse, unauthorized modifications, or compliance violations by the client.
